    What does a Sponsored Top Listing include?

    A Sponsored Listing package ($1,497 one‑time, until 29th June 2026) includes: (1) pinned top placement on your city/region page with a 3 image carousel, (2) an 800‑word blog feature post on Club Room Access, and (3) promotional posts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Medium, and Substack — each with 1,500+ words, 5 images, and 2 call‑to‑action buttons.

    How long does it take to get listed?

    Standard listings are processed within 7-14 working days. Sponsored listings go live within 48 hours of payment, with blog and social posts following within 7 days.

    Is the price a one‑time fee?

    Yes. The Enhanced Sponsorship Package is a one‑time, perpetual fee. No subscriptions, no recurring charges.

    What if I miss the June 28 deadline?

    The price rises to $1,997 on June 29, 2026 and will increase again to $2,497 on January 1, 2027. Lock in the current rate by submitting the form now.

    Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

    Fees are non‑refundable once the listing is activated. However, if you haven't submitted content yet, contact us to discuss options.

    Can I use my own booking link instead of Expedia?

    Yes! The default call‑to‑action uses Expedia affiliate links, but you can provide your hotel's own booking engine link at no extra charge, subject to terms. Other third‑party links may be negotiated.

    What content do I need to provide?

    After payment for a Sponsored Listing, we'll request: 3 high‑resolution images (landscape, 1200×800px+), a 500‑character hotel description, logo (PNG), brand guidelines, and any specific stories for the blog post. You have 14 days to submit or we'll use our own discretion for  content and images.

    Do I need to sign a contract?

    Yes, Sponsored Listings require a simple digital agreement outlining deliverables, fees, and content rights. This will be emailed to your provided email address. Standard free listings do not require a contract.
